10 Exercises to Watch Girls do at the Gym

Welcome to a new segment here at fuji's dojo called " Testosterone Tuesday's " with Cobra Ty. Im gonna kick it off with a list of the most desirable exercises to watch females do at the gym. Let's face it , unless you work out at a mma/boxing gym , or a hardcore dungeon for bodybuilders , we are all a little disapointed when we walk into our " health clubs " and there isn't a scantly clad cougar around rocking the lulu's and her fake tats poppin half way out. If that doesn't rev up your testosterone in the gym a little then I dont think you have any to begin with. So here is my list of top ten most desirable exercises to watch females do at the gym and why. 



















10. A medium Jog / heavy sprint on the treadmill - This is my testosterone warm up. It's not my favorite but it breaks the top ten. When you first walk in the gym and you do a quick little warm up to get your heart pumpin , being ten feet behind an attractive in shape female running on a treadmill is a great way to get motivated. You kind of get the best of both worlds. If shes got a bit of an ass , you get the booty bounce ( if your not an ass man and booty bounces are not your thing search rachel starr and you will have a new found love for the rear end ). Even if she's wearing a sports bra , the combination of C or larger breasts and a nice heavy sprint are sure to catch your eye when there hittin her chin.



9. Deep walking lunges - These are amazing because most of the time with walking lunges females grab dumbells and walk around the gym. In this case , you don't have to be paranoid about being caught creeping because if they are walking around more then a ten foot radius , they are flaunting.  These are best witnessed if the female is wearing the lulu booty shorts rather then the pants. 

8. The butt master- I find most gyms , if they have a ladies only section , hide the butt master up in that section. So this exercise is mostly witnessed by the most hardcore of creepers. If your a hardcore creeper you already know where the buttmaster is located at your gym. If your not a suggest you find out because this exercise starts in the doggy-style position ..... enough said. 













7. Decline bench press - This was a hard list to make and you know its very competitive when possibly the single most boob visual exercise is on early in the list. It is rare to catch a female doing this in action .... and even more rare to catch a female with a perfect rack perform this. However , if you are fortunate enough to see this , you will not be disapointed. Consider the fact that if her mammeries are relatively large , that she is lying almost upside down..... beautiful. 















6. Sumo Squat - The king of all squats , visually , is the sumo squat. With a wide stance , and deep form this makes for a site. There are few things hotter then a chick who squats , and if she throws on some decent weight thats even better. Hopefully you'll be fortunate enough to give her a spot ;) 

















5. Lying Leg curls - Girls , lying in a prone position .... from the front a clevage shot , from the rear a booty shot. what more can you ask for. 











4. Bent over rows - A. I like girls to have some back definition and the fact they are training it makes me happy. B. I like girls bent over





















3. Hip adductor / abductor - Someone in my gym this morning called these the  " good girl .... bad girl " . These are the ones where the legs close and ..... open :) 





2.  Stiff leg dead lift - Similar to the reason why bent over rows are good .... but this one is a visual master piece. 











1. Reverse hack squat - I swear this was invented to drive every guy crazzzy. Every guy i've talked to puts this at number 1. Bum in the air is an undeniable delight , and whats great about this one is if shes got a butter face she aint lookin at you. 

















Females working out to me are beautiful rare creatures. Something about sweating , grunting girls in awkward positions just naturally boosts my testosterone through the roof. Stay tuned for next weeks Testosterone Tuesdays
